- Andrea Bassi combines the "free plan" concept together with a high percentage of glass facade enabling wide perspective possibilities not only from inside the house to the outside but also from one side of the house to the other.
- The visibility range doesn’t end on the property but reaches all the way to Lake Geneva. Thanks to the free plan both the view angles and the acoustics are improved.
- Since there is such a small amount of walls, sound waves barely get stopped, resulting in an easy communication from far corners of the house.
