Artistic Variety House

- The focus of the communal housing complex for artists is on the sunlight. Therefore the settlement has been split up into two volumes that are connected by a terrace and courtyard.
- In the north, with indirect light, there are a variety of studio spaces. In the south, with direct sunlight, shared living spaces with a capacity of 12 inhabitants per floor are shared. The courtyard between the studio and living area works as an entrance area, as well as a meeting point.
- The structure is separated into two different parts. A wooden post and beam construction is built on top of a concrete base.
