Seminar Week HS21: Living in Zurich

The Chair of Architectural Behaviorology alongside the Chair of the Theory of Architecture Prof. Dr. Laurent Stalder organised together a Seminar Week which explored the theme of Single-family houses and their environment in Zürich.

A small group of students discovered a series of houses ranging from the early 18th century to 2018, in which they sketched elements relating to the five following topics: Entrance, Kitchen, Window, Heating and Garden. The objective was to observe the evolving relationships between the buildings and their historical, geographical and social contexts.

We are grateful to everyone who opened the doors to their homes and made this experience possible.
