The “Urban Mosaic” serves as a threshold, connecting the neighborhood and fostering a sense of community through its design. It includes four apartments and two flexible social spaces, each serving distinct purposes.
One of these spaces features a shared laundry area and a small workshop, offering residents opportunities for practical collaboration and the sharing of skills. The other space is designed as a welcoming area for relaxation.
Single-leaf masonry was chosen for its durability, thermal performance, and sound insulation properties. It ensures that the structure is robust and energy-efficient, while the plastered façade gives the building a clean, timeless appearance.
