  • Oberwil
  • This timber-frame housing project in Oberwil explores a collective residential typology for four generations. The building organizes intergenerational living through an open spatial structure and clearly articulated communal areas.
  • Three family apartments integrate senior living within domestic units, complemented by two youth shared flats. An access gallery along the northern edge mediates circulation between private units and the communal house, while the glazed southern façade establishes continuity between interior spaces and the garden.
  • Pitched roofs and staggered volumes align the building with its neighborhood, framing innovation through typological adaptation.
