Upon entering the apartments, a surprising revelation unfolds: the building is not just a wooden structure but a hybrid design.
This innovative design allows for the outer skin to be completely and easily replaced without compromising the integrity of the concrete core, ensuring durability for many decades to come. The large windowfront extend the living spaces into the garden and balconies, creating a strong connection to the natural environment.
