The design for this residential building seeks to create two distinct spaces: a private area for residents and a public plaza for the community. The private garden is located on the sheltered north side of the building, offering direct access from the residents’ rooms.
A key focus of the design is the interplay between privacy and openness. Large windows are strategically placed on the second floor to maximize natural light while preventing views from the outside. The public plaza and its facilities on the southwest side are intentionally open.
This design strikes a balance between individuality and togetherness, offering a living environment where privacy, interaction, and a strong connection to the natural surroundings coexist in harmony.
