- A slow, deliberate overtaking of space. Volumes press along the plot’s edges, one apartment cascading onto the next, creating a continuous inhabited mass that encloses the green core.
- Rather than standing apart, the building absorbs the site and its surroundings, drawing landscape, light, and communal life inward.
- Small outer openings continue the suburban rhythm, while expansive inner façades surrender to the courtyard, allowing the architecture to engulf openness and transform it into shared intimacy.
