The Synergy Tower House is an innovative multi-generational apartment building designed around the concept of vertical living. Combining a small footprint with a compact design, it encourages daily interaction among residents while optimizing communal and private spaces. Built on a steel-frame structure, the core feature of the building is a steel.
At the heart of the Synergy Tower House is the steel atrium supporting the building and housing the staircase. In addition to being practical, the staircase acts as a meeting place, connecting the floors vertically and horizontally. The upper floors contain four dormitory units per floor, with each dorm comprising two single and two double rooms.
The design of the Synergy Tower House reflects the idea of living together while respecting individual needs. The balance between compact private spaces and open communal areas fosters both personal retreat and shared experiences. The tower serves as a physical and social framework, encouraging residents to engage with one another.
