Residence Tempera

- Oberwil
- RESIDENCE TEMPERA is an architecture defined by passive climate tempering. The massive Rammed Earth structure uses excavated local soil, acting as a powerful thermal battery.
- North, East, and West facades are subterranean to minimize thermal loss. The public South facade maximizes solar gain through operable glazing, ensuring efficient cross-ventilation.
- Movable fabric partitions allow users to define different thermal zones internally. Internal infrastructure is centralized into hot islands, distributing heat efficiently and guaranteeing thermal and hygroscopic stability.
