Public Drawing – T(h)ree Stages
- Waldlabor
- Water shapes the Waldlabor around the Holderbach in many ways; it permeates the
soil, trees and air, forming a constant cycle that drives life. It is not only a source of
growth, but also a silent companion of decay.
- The roots of felled trees soak up the
water like a sponge, attracting fungi and insects that further decompose the already
dead tree stumps.
- Not even the chemically treated wood of the bridge can escape
these natural processes. This results in a dynamic interplay of wood, water and
organisms that keeps the forest in a state of constant change.
