- West winds sweep across the Plateau, rattling treetops, breaking branches, and forcing roots to brace. Though harsh, the wind sustains the forest, distribute pollen and enables reproduction.
- On a smaller scale, gentle micro - winds flow outwards from the cold, humid forest. The wind drifts inconsistently at the crossing and increases along open areas and streets.
- These winds carry pollen from hazelnut trees, they allow Prey to smell their predators, lift spiders to travel and spin their webs, enable birds to glide on updrafts, and transmit floral scents to insects. The wind supports the actors to move, perceive, and pollinate, thus preserving the forest.
