Public Drawing – Kappeliholzweiher, Small Pond
- Waldlabor
- Heavy drops collect on the edges of the leaves, glide silently down to seep into the moss or are caught by the pile of leaves before they reach the ground.
- Deep in the soil, water travels through dark layers, rises through roots and reaches the branches,
where it returns through the stomata of the leaves as vapour. A drop shimmers in a pipette, held briefly, taken away and tested.
- At the pond, a deer emerges from the shadows, its reflection flickering on the surface of the water before it smoothes out again. Mist rises from the ground, settling between the trees like a breeze as the water disappears into the cool morning air - a constant cycle, the fuel of life.
