«Oberwil Habitat» rede/ines the village core as a vibrant place of encounter and exchange. By merging residential and public functions, the project establishes a framework that strenghtens local life.
Each unit provides private retreat, while shared spaces extend daily life into a collective and sustainable way of living.
Constructed from locally sourced timber and rammed earth excavated on site, it perserves the surrounding landscape while creating generous public space for the inhabitants of Oberwil.
