- The house comprises different clusters of private and communal spaces. These spaces are positioned alternately throughout the house to enhance interaction between people.
- Areas accessible to everyone are therefore designed to be open, while spaces where residents seek privacy are enclosed. In addition, there is a loft with a large skylight connecting the two floors and creating a quieter, less open communal area.
- This also creates a continuous spatial and social connection throughout the entire living environment.
