- The Kuenzehaus creates public spaces along the water and connects itself to a natural water network. A fountain feeds the water into a weir, which then flows alongside the building.
- It consists of six individual units with an outer layer that serves the living room in the inner core. The living room faces directly onto the water, creating a cool place for relaxation, meeting, and activities.
- A steep ladder provides access to the cantilevered bedrooms on the second floor.
