  • How can architecture nurture shared life? The three-storey building comprises four apartments and four maisonette units for a total of 20 residents, with a shared communal space in the cellar. The roof form responds to the surrounding architectural context.
  • The terrace functions as entrance and collective outdoor space. Private rooms face the rear and morning sun, while shared living areas open onto the terrace, softening the boundary between private andcommunal life.
  • In the basement, a communal room with library, playroom, workshop and juice-production space supports collective use. Residents jointly care for the fruit trees, terrace and herb garden, fostering everyday interaction across generations.
