House on Stilts

- Situated in the village center of Oberwil, the project is located on a protected biodiversity meadow, surrounded by housing and a nearby school. Raised on concrete stilts, the wooden buildings with a vertical timber facade accommodate twenty residents in three typologies: families, seniors, and singles or couples.
- A shared wooden terrace connects the structures and supports everyday encounters.
- Shielded from the village’s activity, the ensemble offers a calm living environment where architecture and landscape are closely interwoven.
