The apartment complex House Flexus is a multigenerational housing concept designed for 20 residents, drawing inspiration from the „Haus Planta Wildenberg“ in Ardez. It is accessible from both the main street and the side street, with dedicated parking spaces for cars and bicycles.
The building features two private living areas connected by a shared common space, which forms the core of the design. The two terraces, located on the northeast and southwest sides, ensure a balance between sunlit and shaded areas throughout the day.
The ground floor features a simple design, making it flexible and suitable for all age groups. It is kept compact to reflect the contemporary emphasis on compact living as a relevant and practical concept today.
