- Located in Oberwil, just 20 minutes from Basel, this multigenerational housing project brings together 20 residents across four apartments and a shared community building. Designed to balance privacy and sharing, it fosters intergenerational exchange through common cooking, dining, and leisure spaces.
- The sloping topography guides the layout toward a communal playground at the lowest point. The apartment roofs also open toward this area, where children and elders meet, while bushes shield the homes from the road, ensuring privacy and safety within the site.
