Grounds of Growth
- Oberwil
- Grounds of Growth is a cohousing project for twenty residents across four generations.
- Communal and private life are interwoven through modular apartments and prefabricated shelving systems extending into generous circulation corridors, enabling flexibility, storage, and personalisation.
- Shared first-floor terraces, a communal kitchen, and a living room form the social core, encouraging encounters, gardening, and intergenerational exchange while supporting sustainable and collaborative living, through adaptable shared spaces that evolve with residents’ needs over time and changing households.
