- Windwatching is located inside the canopy, in a small clearing defined by a gap between the tree crowns above. This opening allows light and rain to reach the ground, giving rise to a patch of low vegetation, a threshold between the forest floor and the canopy layer.
- The net follows the extent of this clearing, where a green area marks the boundary between forest floor and open sky. It is held by three adapted hammock stands arranged together, creating a shared surface large enough for several people to lie down at once.
- From this position, visitors rest and look upward through the crown gap, where the movement of the treetops makes the wind visible. The net brings people together in shared stillness, reading the wind through the moving crowns.
