Furniture – Sound Pavilion
- Waldlabor
- Situated in an open field between the ETH campus and the forest, our bamboo sound pavilion offers the wind a voice.
- A structure formed by aeolian flutes and integrated seating shapes a calm gathering space for children, students, and adults. Coloured strings framing the flutes reveal wind direction, making air currents audible and understandable.
- Constructed with bamboo and traditional joinery techniques, the pavilion creates an experience where sound, movement, and space are shaped by the wind.
