Doppelhaus am Obstgarten
- Oberwil
- The project is located in Oberwil, a suburb of Basel. The “Doppelhaus am Obstgarten” is quietly located on the edge of the old village center and opens up to the outside.
- The housing complex consists of two semi-detached houses, which can be connected or separated. Its shape shields the garden from the street, but connects the residents of Oberwil by creating communal areas and venues.
- The bedrooms all follow the same typology, which can accommodate young and old alike.
