Courtyard Community

- Courtyard Community is a small residential complex organized around an intimate courtyard. It includes seven apartments for nineteen residents and two shared kitchens.
- Two open entrances connect the surrounding neighborhood to the courtyard, inviting permeability and shared use. Each apartment is linked to ist corresponding common kitchen by an exterior gallery walkway, which encourages interaction among residents.
- The building follows the natural slope of the site and is staggered across diferent levels, becoming part of the terrain.
