Located in Oberwil near Basel, this project offers an adaptable communal living experience in a residential area. Built along a natural slope, the staggered levels of the development create diverse spatial experiences and generous views.
At the heart of the building is a central staircase that connects all the apartments and shared spaces, encouraging encounters and a sense of togetherness. With apartments of various sizes and layouts, the building can accommodate multiple generations.
Public outdoor areas and a common rooftop garden promote openness and community.
