- This project rethinks how children and seniors share public space, promoting relationships between generations. A network of public areas encourages natural encounters, while private gardens remain for residents’ retreat.
- A communal space on the top floor strengthens the connection to the outside, allowing inhabitants to move freely and adapt activities.
- Designed to work with the climate rather than fight it, the project creates a flexible, enriched, and inclusive environment for all ages throughout daily life.
