- A single volume with a gabled roof – this house for twenty blends into the fabric of Oberwil. The orientation of the building aims to maintain the green break from grey suburbia and makes space for a collective garden, accessible from the communal spaces on the solid ground floor.
- Interlocking maisonettes create spatial and visual connections across the timber-framed upper floors.
- The design proposes coexistence over isolation, a social alternative to individualized housing models in densifying contexts.
