Case Study – Haus G. Otto – 1959
- Liestal
- Set on a steep slope, House G. Otto blends interior and exterior through its open layout and connection to the landscape.
- Built from concrete, its solid form contrasts wide windows and a generous terrace that draws the outside in. The roof follows the terrain, grounding the building in its site.
- Inside, a double-height gallery connects both living spaces, creating openness. Framed by the slope and built in exposed concrete, the building feels embraced by the landscape.
