- The Garden Pavilion by Christ & Gantenbein reinterprets the idea of a garden outbuilding as a flexible and intriguing domestic fragment. Through large shutters and movable partitions, the house can radically shift its character, either opening to the garden or, when closed, emerging as an abstract volume.
- Inside, the sequence of rooms generates an enfilade, where movement defines experience.
- Both introverted and extroverted, the pavilion oscillates between villa-like intimacy and the rawness of a backyard barn.
