The design of Casa Strati focuses on creating a space where community and privacy work together. The building follows the shape of a wall on the north side, which creates private garden areas for residents. On the south side, there is a large open garden with no buildings blocking it.
The building is designed in layers that make the spaces flexible. At the entrance, there is a covered loggia that welcomes residents and visitors. Inside, a hallway separates the private and shared areas. This hallway can be opened to connect with the common space, creating a bigger area for people to gather, talk, or host events.
In Casa Strati, residents can have private time in their own spaces but still enjoy shared activities. The design supports multigenerational living by giving people options to connect with others or spend time alone. The natural materials, flexible layout, and connection to the gardens make the building a comfortable and functional place to live.
