Casa Masans aims to provide living space for all generations, fostering social interaction among residents and visitors while also offering ample private retreat opportunities. The elongated building volume is positioned along the northern boundary.
The shared spaces are primarily located on the ground floor and open directly to the large communal garden. The western building offers a spacious communal kitchen and a multipurpose room for events, celebrations, or relaxed gatherings. The southern glass-enclosed transition spaces in the stair core serve as winter gardens.
Casa Masans features three types of apartments. In contrast to the communal spaces and shared garden, each apartment includes a private outdoor area: a framed rooftop terrace that opens up to the sky and the mountains. The L-SCALE Apartment spans three floors with direct garden access.
