Situated on a natural slope in the village of Masans, Casa Da Sanitas is an architectural project that combines the functions of living, working and community under one roof. The building itself, which is constructed from concrete, is robust and contemporary.
Employees of the practice, who also live in the building, have direct private access to the practice, which promotes a close connection between the working and living areas. The shape harmonizes with the natural topography of the site.
By combining private and communal spaces, Casa Da Sanitas creates a living space that not only meets the needs of the residents, but also promotes interaction and togetherness. The integration of working and living areas allows residents to connect with each other.
