Casa Allmeind
- Masans, Chur
- This project provides housing for seasonal workers in agriculture, viticulture, and tourism, as well as their families. It integrates public, semi-private, and private spaces to strengthen community bonds while addressing individual needs.
- The ground floor itself is designed to be flexible and is strongly connected to the outdoor space through a series of sliding doors. The interior features modular seating and tables that can be easily adapted to various uses. This makes the space not only a meeting point for residents but also a venue for diverse activities.
- By blending flexible spaces, thoughtful communal areas, and a façade that reflects the diversity within, Casa Allmeind embodies a harmonious balance of individuality and togetherness̶redefining what it means to live as a community.
