- To build without erasing what already exists. The form of the complex bends around existing trees, leaving the biodiverse area of the parcel almost untouched and allowing maximum light time.
- The concept, inspired by the study of Haus Sandreuter, allows the design to create connecting spaces as well as more withdrawn areas with separating wardrobes for additional storing space.
- The load bearing timber construction is enclosed by rammed earth to help with natural climatization inside the complex.
