- The project organizes collective living through movement. Two shifted volumes follow the plot and frame a central path shaped by existing trees.
- This path links the fountain square to views of the Oberwil church and forms the social core. At the boundary between the apartments, a shared space overlaps both households.
- It has no fixed program; it functions as a behavioral space where everyday life becomes readable. Introverted double-shell brick façades face the street, while the central space places life on display.
