- This housing complex for young professionals aims to create a positive atmosphere for private life and at the same time encourage life among the residents by facilitating interactions in different spaces.
- The structure is composed of two floors, on the first floor we find two common spaces separated by an avenue where life among the people takes place. These spaces are designed to either work or relax.
- In the middle of this avenue is a green space that connects the life between all the modules. On the upper floor there are common terraces, two apartments share one terrace and this are only accessible for residents of the complex.
