- The Maison Vitale is a communal living space for elderly people and people with disabilities, where they can live without the fear and worry of having to change their place of residence due to new limiting illnesses or feeling lonely because of a loss.
- The barrier-free path follow the natural terrain, connects all floors of the entire housing complex and creates a new public space between the street and the habitat.
- Vital archipelagos serve as meeting and activity spaces between children & seniors. Overlooking the vitalised hillside, the senior bistro is located at the end of the path, inviting for communal events as well as a meal with the family. Private flats with balconies face the countryside and provide a quiet retreat to relax and read a book.
