Bar Housing Complex

- The main topic of the building for 20 young professionals was intimacy: it was created through separating the floor levels into private living levels on the top and a public workshop on the ground floor.
- The Bar Housing Complex is meant to be a new landmark in the existing environment: it stands out and the outside does not reveal how the inside is organised, which is supports the idea of intimacy. The most private spaces are always moved or hidden away behind more public spaces or thresholds or modules.
- Depending on the income or social class there are 4 different apartment types, each of which is suited for people in different stages of life.
