Promenaden Dach

- The Promenaden Dach is a complex designed for families and senior citizens. It develops from the ground floor downwards, bridging the space between the ground floor and the slope with two family flats.
- The complex has a Promenade, which is all on the same level and provides easy access for elderly people, but also provides a walkway, on which residents can stroll.
- In the centre of the complex is a small square that maintains the original slope and is designed as a meeting point, where children can play. The windows, which generate a mental, social or physical threshold, are covered with climbing plants that can grow around the stainless steel cables.
