- The housing units are designed for low-income families, and parents need to work full-time shifts. In order to fill this gap, active elderly residents, partly take on the role of providing meals in the community kitchen for the children after school.
- The irregularly shaped plot brings a variety of environmental qualities for the target group. A series of stairs, follow the original topography operate as the core of the complex, creating unique surroundings for daily interaction and communal activities.
