Wind-Down Living

- The wind-down living complex provides a place of retreat and wellness, aimed towards couples. Each house has two large units. Although in their form the apartments are quite narrow, the large street-facing windows and the gallery connecting the living room and bedroom provide plenty of light within the living space.
- The social house, which opens up to the Germaniastrasse via a large staircase, invites the inhabitants of the complex as well as its neighbours into itself. It houses a street-facing café, and the wellness area on the upper floor, which however is only accessible to the inhabitants of the settlement.
- The complex is enclosed by the natural slope, and the exterior brick walls contribute to a cosy warm atmosphere of the courtyard. The six double unit houses and the cafe and wellness building create a small but private community in a very nice location.
