- Casa Incontro is a housing complex in Lugano for 18 residents, featuring three volumes: two residential and one central communal space. The central volume includes a kitchen, dining area, and lounge, extending to an outdoor area and garden.
- The two residential volumes house seven apartments, each with balconies and views into the central space. The façade uses concrete slabs and wooden slats, with green-covered flat roofs.
- Durable concrete and brick are used for structural elements, while non-load-bearing parts are lightweight. A nearby repurposed barn offers additional accommodation and contributes to the shared outdoor area.
