- The project is comprised of seven interlinked 8x8m blocks arranged in a circular layout with a central courtyard, connected via a bridge. Drawing inspiration from the Casa Bianchi, key features include a focus on geometric form, a central staircase, a bridge as the entrance, and a terrace linking the inside and outside.
- The primary entrance is situated on the first floor, and the varied balcony shapes indicate the occupancy — more balcony space denotes fewer occupants. The ground floor is dedicated to communal living, while the second floor serves as a private sleeping area.
- This design aims to be a haven for relaxation and contemplation, providing residents with the possibility of sharing while enjoying the comforts of home.
