Il Paesello

- The project "Il Paesello" consists of two buildings, each accommodating about 10 people, situated in a residential neighborhood close to Lugano Centre.
- The entire ground floor of the plot is designed as a shared space, providing various areas for both communal activities and private retreats. A bright stairwell connects the private upper floors to the communal ground floor.
- By incorporating windows from the kitchenettes to the staircase and creating a broader landing, the design fosters social interaction and enhances the constructive connection between spaces.
