- The design of a new neighborhood center serves as a connecting element with high-quality living spaces. By enlarging the frequently used Via San Siro, a public square emerges on the slope, functioning as a central artery through the neighbourhood, extending from the residential building on Via Campanile down to the student housing below.
- The apartments are organized in bulkhead constructions and are oriented to offer views of Lugano Centro. The topmost building provides living space, serves as an access point, and includes an elevated communal area for meetings, cooking, and celebrations. The middle residential building has been transformed into a cowering space and greenhouse.
- This development brings together diverse individuals at various stages of life, creating a new, sustainable neighborhood center.
