Inspired by Casa Bambu, it fosters unity across age groups: upper floors for the elderly, middle for families, and ground level for young adults. The core staircase serves as a meeting point. All living spaces face the south.
- A green space in the middle connects to the communal area and staircase, providing a tranquil retreat and promoting togetherness. The structure's orientation maximizes light and offers panoramic views, while a mix of brick and concrete ensures stability and warmth, with upper apartments featuring balconies.
