- The "La Dimora corporate" project draws inspiration from Alpine villages, emphasizing community and natural integration. Inspired by Rino Tami, the design adapts roofs to the landscape and incorporates natural elements. Homes cascade down the hillside, connected by platforms leading to a communal space for shared activities.
- Offering three unit sizes, the development caters to diverse residents and promotes supportive community living. Lightweight timber frames allow for prefabricated walls, offering flexibility in construction and size adjustments. Robust concrete foundations ensure stability and protect against moisture.
- Externally, wooden facades and adaptable spaces encourage outdoor interactions, with communal areas housed in a renovated former donkey house. This blend of old and new materials reflects a sustainable approach, minimising environmental impact while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
