- The housing complex in Villganello, on the slopes of Lugano, is designed for 20 residents of various ages. It features four similarly angled volumes housing seven flats, elevated on concrete pillars to separate public and private areas. Extensive glass facades enhance natural light and connect with the surroundings.
- The elevated structure creates an outdoor communal space for social interaction and children's play, fostering community engagement while preserving privacy. The common areas face north for interaction, while private rooms to the south offer panoramic city views.
- A preserved old donkey house serves as a shared activity space, and a community garden is located below the complex. This integration of communal and private spaces exemplifies harmonious living and environmental sensitivity.
