- The Holderbachhütte and the nearby fireplace are located in the middle of the Bergholz forest on the Honggerberg.
- Students from the nearby campus and children from the daycare are the most frequent visitors next to the forest rangers. It provides a modern and generous fireplace, benches, tables, a drinking fountain and a spacious area for all kinds of group, sports or leisure time activities.
- While visitors can built a connection with nature during the day, at night the animals which inhabitate the forest use the place to discover the residues of human intervention. It is quite accessible and therefore it acts as a space for interhuman interactions as well.
